TeachSpark is an AI platform for creating educational materials for educators working with children aged 3 to 10 years. We provide tools for generating interactive learning materials, slides, and lesson plans.

2. Terms of Use

• • The platform is intended for educational purposes

• • Users must use the service in accordance with Ukrainian law

• • Use of the platform for illegal activities is prohibited

• • Users are responsible for keeping passwords and access data secure

3. Payment Terms

• • Payment is processed through WayForPay payment system

• • Prices are listed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH)

• • Subscription is activated after successful payment

• • Available payment methods: bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay

• • Subscription renews automatically unless canceled by user

4. Service Delivery Terms

• • Platform access is provided immediately after payment

• • Users receive access to personal dashboard

• • Materials are generated within 3-10 minutes

• • Service is available online 24/7

5. Intellectual Property

All materials created using the platform belong to the user. TeachSpark retains the right to use the platform and its technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

TeachSpark is not liable for the results of using generated materials. Educators independently assess the suitability of materials for specific educational tasks.
