• Refunds are possible within 7 days from payment date
• To request a refund, send a request to email: teachsparkai@gmail.com
• Request must include refund reason and transaction number
• Refund is processed using the same payment method used for purchase
• After 7-day period from payment date has expired
• If more than 25% of the plan limit has been used
• In case of platform terms of use violation
• When using corporate plans (individual terms apply)
• Refund request review — up to 3 business days
• Refund processing — within 14 business days
• Funds are returned to the card used for payment
• User receives email confirmation of refund
In case of partial service usage, refund may be partial, proportional to used resources. Final decision is made by TeachSpark administration.
