Refund Policy

We value every customer and strive to provide high-quality services. This policy describes the terms for refunds.


1. Refund Conditions
  • • Refunds are possible within 7 days from payment date

  • • To request a refund, send a request to email: teachsparkai@gmail.com

  • • Request must include refund reason and transaction number

  • • Refund is processed using the same payment method used for purchase

2. Cases When Refund is Not Possible
  • • After 7-day period from payment date has expired

  • • If more than 25% of the plan limit has been used

  • • In case of platform terms of use violation

  • • When using corporate plans (individual terms apply)

3. Refund Process
  • • Refund request review — up to 3 business days

  • • Refund processing — within 14 business days

  • • Funds are returned to the card used for payment

  • • User receives email confirmation of refund

4. Partial Refund

In case of partial service usage, refund may be partial, proportional to used resources. Final decision is made by TeachSpark administration.
